Spring is finally here on my island!
The great whales are in the passage on their way up north feeding on the
ghost shrimp directly in front of my town. The
hummingbirds are draining the feeders on a weekly basis. The sign for me that
we have indeed really turned the wheel is the presence of the nesting eagles
back in their seasonal home behind my house on old farmer Fossek’s
place. With the vernal equinox come all
kinds of signs that life is renewing itself and one thing is for certain with
the warmer temperatures comes spring fever /(pro)creation! It’s the
sort of almost frenetic vibrational energy that makes every plant, animal,
and human hum or at least that’s my perception of time of year. Speaking of Creative Energy I only shared this video on Law of
Attraction and EFT I made with a handful of people and listed it on You Tube
about a week ago. Already over 1,600 people from across the globe have viewed
it! I have received some very beautiful thank you notes and best wishes from

More Sex in the Air Did I get your attention? Whenever I
get a string of clients that have a common issue I always pay close attention
because the Universe is about to teach me a thing or two. For the last month
everyone that I’ve assisted has had some emotional charge around sex
either in the present from their past. Sex and money seem to be good
indicators and reflect inner conflicts that show up in different areas of
life. Sexual dysfunction can be about control, self-image issues, beliefs
cemented in childhood or negative experiences in the past. All of these also
show up in money issues. If you tap away the experiences from
your past that have been a source of emotional pain then you can truly be
free. Being free and completely in the moment really is the key to a

Use EFT to tap when you feel a little off or tired. A round or two of, “Even though I am dragging and I am so tired, I deeply and completely……” can be much more satisfying than a cup of java or sugar! |
