As a minister and holistic practitioner, I have always believed that we are spiritual beings having a
human experience and we radiant electro-magnetic energy.  When I first heard about EFT, I was
intrigued.  It made sense that if there is an unfavorable condition in the body or the mind, that it has to do
with the flow of energy circulating in the body.  If emotion is energy-in-motion, how often we get stuck on a
particular event that produces negative emotions that disrupts our energy field.   I believe that thoughts held
in mind produce after there kind.  The EFT technique of saying, I accept and forgive myself completely, is
a way of affirming and holding thoughts for a higher vision. It seems that EFT could help re-align the
energy field that is disrupted.  Alina is truly gift EFT practitioner and she has healed me of
