
I have been exploring a system developed by Willem Lammers called Logosynthesis which I have been combining with EFT.
One of the things I most love about EFT is the ease in which you can apply other tools to it and make it different and unique. The common denominator being EFT thereby ensuring your newfangled process will succeed. Keeping track of how you feel before and after will confirm whether you’re making progress or not. For the last month I have been exploring a system developed by Willem Lammers called Logosynthesis which I have been combining with EFT.
Logosynthesis believes in four tenets:
- We are eternal beings who are more than our limited human experiences.
- The connection of that eternal Self is cut off or diminished when we dissociate or fragment as a result of some sort of trauma.
- These parts of ourselves live in our personal space as frozen worlds. (This is probably the best description I have ever come across for the information I pick up in the field during my Matrix sessions)
- These worlds can be healed and brought back to us through certain words.
Let’s examine how you could have a split off part of consciousness or dissociation when you experience fear. I’ll use the example of the top fear in the United States – fear of public speaking. What happens as you get up in front of an audience is that you in fact have 2 parts of yourself having the experience. One part is speaking and the other part is watching. If you were in the flow, articulate, and at ease, you would be speaking as your true integrated whole Self or from the Home Zone as Transformational Speaking guru Gail Larson calls it.
This script can be changed for any fear. Change the phrases and substitute words to reflect anything else you wish to work on.
Karate Chop: I activate my Essence (Higher Self or God) for my development throughout this process. Even though I have fragmented parts of my consciousness in order to protect against a perceived threat, I deeply and completely accept all parts of myself. I choose to align myself with this process on every level for my greatest and highest good.
Top Of Head: I retrieve all my energy bound up in the fear of speaking
Third Eye: I retrieve all my energy bound up in the fragmented part of me that is watching
Eyebrow: I take it back to the right place in my Self.
Side of Eye: I don’t understand all the various reasons why I’ve been protecting myself
Under Eye: I don’t need to comprehend them all
Under Nose: I call back to me all those dissociated parts that have been living just beyond my personal space
Chin Point: I reclaim my energy as I draw it to me
Collar Bone: I retrieve any remaining energy from the part that was speaking
Under Arm: I retrieve any remaining energy from the part that was watching
Top Of Head: I allow for full integration of this process and feel peaceful and relaxed during this transition.
Test to see how your fear is after this round of tapping and notice what has shifted. Repeat with any lingering aspects of the problem. Below you’ll find one of the books I recommend on Logosynthesis.
