Do you love yourself enough to only be in the kind of romantic relationship that supports and nurtures you?
Do you love yourself enough to insist that you get paid what you are worth (and that worth is high)? Do you love your “earth lodge” (body) enough to feed it good food, allow for proper physical activity, and refrain from taking poisonous substances? Do you love yourself enough to know you deserve all the above and much more? Take the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Assessment test and find out. Take out a piece of paper and write the number of the question and write one answer (Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree) for each question. Once you are done with all ten scroll down and tally your score.
